All bail bond companies (Surety Bail Bonds) in the state of Washington are regulated by the Washington State Insurance Commissioner as well as the State Dept of Licensing Business and Professions Division with Links to each of them. If there are complaints about the conduct of an agent or their company all complaints should be directed to these agencies in writing.

WA state regulates the fee (premium) for a bail bond and it is a non-refundable 10%.

Collateral for a bail bond whether it is in the form of a signature ( promissory note) car title home etc... shall be held until the bond has been exonerated by the court and all fees are paid in full.
